A clear validation flow protects both the affiliate and SaeTheme.
Every commission has a visible status. The standard validation window is 14 days before eligible commission becomes available.
1. Order paid
A customer completes an eligible order through your referral.
2. Pending
Commission is recorded while the order passes the validation window.
3. Approved
After the validation/refund period, the commission becomes available.
4. Payout
Once the minimum balance is reached, submit a payout request from the dashboard.
Simple rules, visible in the product instead of hidden in fine print.
The program uses last-affiliate-click attribution, a 30-day cookie, one commission per eligible order, and automatic cancellation when an order is refunded.
Admin configurable
Commission rate, cookie duration, validation period, and minimum payout can be changed from WordPress admin.

Do I need a separate Affiliate account?
No. Affiliate uses the same SaeTheme customer account. Once activated, Affiliate appears as another section in your dashboard.
How long does referral tracking last?
The current cookie window is 30 days and can be changed from WordPress admin.
When does a commission become available?
Commission starts as Pending after an eligible paid order. After the 14-day validation/refund window, it can move to Approved.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The related commission is cancelled or rejected automatically so Affiliate balances remain accurate.
How do payouts work?
Approved commission accumulates in your balance. Once it reaches Rp250,000, you can submit a payout request from the dashboard.
